Strawberry-Lime Freeze

This refreshing freeze is perfect on a hot summer day or for dessert.

1 Tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. frozen strawberries
Juice of 1 lime
1/4 cup water, boiling
A few mint sprigs

• Dissolve the sugar in the boiling water.
• Combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix until thick and smooth.
• Pour into glasses and decorate with the mint sprigs.
