    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups apples, peeled and chopped
    1/2 cups slivered almonds
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup margarine
    3/4 cup boiling water
    1/2 cup soy milk

• Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease an 8”x 8” glass baking dish.
