Orange-Bourbon Marinade

1/3 cup orange juice
1/4 cup bourbon
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup scallions, chopped
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 garlic cloves, minced

• Combine all the ingredients and mix well.

Makes 1 cup
