Strawberry Smoothie

This smoothie is more like a frozen dessert than a beverage. It’s thick and luscious and has no added fat.
1 cup frozen banana chunks
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice
• In a blender, combine all the ingredients on high speed, stirring occasionally. For a thinner consistency, add a bit more juice.
• Serve immediately.
