2. Gardenburger
Our panel loves Gardenburger’s BBQ
Chik’n—it makes for a delicious barbecue faux chicken sandwich
and goes great with mashed potatoes and corn on the cob. Gardenburger’s Herb
Crusted Chicken Patty is fantastic with pizza sauce splashed on top along
with some garlic bread on the side. Another option is to dice up the patty
and fry it in olive oil with mushrooms and olives to make an Italian faux chicken
sandwich.
