Sizzling Summer BBQ Recipe Contest
Nothing says summertime like a backyard barbecue. Luckily, a vegetarian barbecue can be delicious and healthy! With the abundance of fresh fruits and vegetables available throughout the summer months, it’s easy to find a wide variety of items to toss on the grill. But if you are in need of a little inspiration, check out our “Sizzling Summer Grilling Recipes” for a little help.
Do you already have a foolproof recipe that you always make for summertime barbecues that everyone raves about? Well, enter it here for the chance to have it named the “Best Summer BBQ Recipe.” The top three winning recipes will be featured on VegCooking.com and PETA.org. First place will receive a Turbo Sport infrared stainless steel portable grill and one set of three vegan barbecue sauces. Second and third place will each receive a set of three delicious barbecue sauces from Annie’s Naturals, Robbie’s, and Follow Your Heart, in addition to Robin Robertson’s The Vegetarian Meat & Potatoes Cookbook.
Simply fill out the form below to enter. The only requirements are that the recipes be vegan and suitable for a barbecue. The entry round ends at midnight on the 4th of July, so be sure to enter soon. A panel of PETA chefs will then select the three best recipes based on taste, creativity, and theme. Winners will be announced by August 1 on VegCooking.com. Light up those grills and let’s get cooking!
